I am a Registered Nutritionist, Food Scientist and Strategy Specialist. I help individuals, families, corporates and companies achieve their food, nutrition and wellness goals. My unique skill-set, qualifications and expertise enables me to offer customised and tailored solutions to your queries. The ability to customise my solutions for you, is my niche.  

 

Registered with the Nutrition Society of Australia (RNutr), I have a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in Nutrition and Food Science and a Graduate Certificate (GCert) of Human Nutrition. I have completed over 500 hours of advanced wellness courses including a Mastery of Yoga Teaching and have a Professional Certificate in Strategy Specialisation from Harvard University's Business School.
