Diets and Detoxes

You don’t need detoxes, diets, cleanses or resets.


There is nothing wrong with you.


You are perfect as you are.

Diets don’t work, they just exacerbate the ill feelings we have about ourselves.


The very act of going on a diet changes our psychology and our metabolism- for the worse never for the better.


- Celery juice fasts don’t work to purify our system, we’re not dirty. Celery juice makes some feel good probably because they’re dehydrated and need more water. Eat the whole celery for water, vitamins, minerals and fibre.

If we’re lucky we have kidneys, a liver and bowels that naturally ‘detox’ and remove impurities from our body.


- Taking huge vitamin C doses will not equate to a stronger immune system. Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin which means that what the body doesn’t absorb after digesting will be urinated out, there is no internal storage capability for later. And seriously, you cannot boost an immune system- nutrition science has moved on. A boosted immune system is a hyperactive immune system that attacks itself, in some people this will lead to death. If anyone offers you advice how to boost your immune system, run! Run very fast!

Fruit is healthy, eat it every day to ‘top up’ the body’s needs.


Please stop giving your power away to people who don’t care about you. They feed your insecurities simply to take your money. Stop it now!
